Thanks for your support. That’s how we all feel here at NVIDIA :)

     That is… Awesome.

By chance will TXAA be available on older cards (560Ti?), or are we only going to be seeing it available for the 680 and beyond?

  • Sagar Rawal

Massive gains in architectural efficiency between successive architectures are unheard of; Kepler is one spectacular piece of engineering, capable only by the folks at NVIDIA!

Gamers, scientists, ultrabook users, and more will all benefit greatly from this fantastic product release!!!

  • Danuel Cortez

Gotta hand it to ye nVidia! This flagship is something to be proud of. I’d love to have one! Though my system isn’t even old enough to upgrade so I’ll wait.

Do you think that the next generation will support 4k videos? Those are a real pain to play properly, only QuickTime can get them to play.

You’re right, Sagar. It’s not just gamers that will benefit from Kepler.

I would really love to test this out.  But I’d have to upgrade my whole PC to get the best out of it…

Is it available for Mac ?

Pre computig destruction … will be on 580 as well ???

  • Justin Walker

Sebastian – I believe you’re referring to “Fracture”.

Fracture is a new PhysX technology. It will be available on all GPUs that support PhysX.

  • Justin Walker

Hi Karlis. The GeForce GTX 680 is only available for PC.

  • Justin Walker

Hi Danuel, not sure what you’re experiencing, but the GTX 680 is fully capable of playing 4K videos in Quicktime. Which video player are you trying to use?

  • Justin Walker

Hi Andrew. This feature will be available on the GeForce GTX 680 and beyond.

Will the GeForce GTX 680 be available on laptops or is there an equivalent card designed specifically for the “ultrabook” market?

  • Justin phillips

Does the GTX 680 support GPUdirect ?

  • Adakite

FP64 of this GTX 680 is 1/24FP32, what the hell is that? Kepler was supposed to be GPGPU oriented, but with such low capabilities for computing, people will move to AMD in less than 2 years, because OpenCL is going to pass CUDA at some point. I do not get Nvidia on this one.

I just got my GTX 680 last week. It’s such an amazing card and it didn’t hurt the wallet all that much, either. Great job, NVidia. :)
