Still no word on the TDR bug fix. I’m forced to still use 275.33 otherwise I get driver not responding and black screen problems. Please fix this nvidia and thanks for news article where you admit the problem.

  • Sagar Rawal

Excellent! This will serve as further testament to NVIDIA’s commitment to providing their customers the best experience.

…The Way It’s Meant to be Played indeed :-)

A fix for the web TDR was issued in 295.73 WHQL. These recent drivers also have the fix. If you are experiencing issues with these drivers it is a diffeent issue than the one the majority of complaints from R280/285 drivers. Please work with Manuel on the NVIDIA forums to troubleshoot your specific issue. Any remaining issues are likely to be system specific.

    A great move.
I don’t usually comment with “DISQUS” but made an exception for this.
That’s nice you support Windows 8 during it’s beta periods.
    Keep up the good work.

I’ve recently acquired an Nvidia graphics card for StarCraft II and I’ve used it and had no problems with it and I appreciate all the updates. Keep up the good work.

Is there anyway to enable sli with this driver (296.17)? I just bought two 560ti’s and have done clean installs and reboots to no avail.

This is awesome, I’m glad you guys are working on getting this going already. Just as some feedback, this driver doesn’t work for my laptop (Dell XPS L502X). When it gets installed, many apps will flicker to a black screen 10 times and then crash back to the lock screen, as if I had just booted up. Unfortunately, I’m stuck using my integrated intel graphics for now.
