We’re adding China’s DOTA2 esports team Newbee to our GeForce Esports family.

Equipped with award-winning GeForce GTX 1080 GPUs and G-SYNC monitors, as well as technical and logistical support from NVIDIA globally, Newbee DOTA2 is looking to take esports performance to the next level.

“Professional gamers demand the best gear for performance and reliability,” said Zhu Chao, manager of Newbee DOTA2. “GeForce is the top choice for pro players and esports tournaments globally. It’s our desire to help our members excel at games.”

Newbee is one of the world’s top DOTA2 teams. The team won the championship at Valve’s The International in 2014 and was the runner-up in 2017.

With an excellent team atmosphere, stable team structure and hard training, Newbee DOTA2 plans to uphold the honor of Chinese DOTA teams in The International.

NVIDIA will offer the team full support on regular training, tournaments and GeForce hardware, the platform of choice for esports.

“Sponsoring Newbee DOTA2 is part of our effort to support, celebrate and grow the esports community in China,” said Yan Sun, China esports manager at NVIDIA. “Our GeForce GTX and G-SYNC hardware has become the best choice for esports pros and tournaments worldwide, empowering players to battle with the best.”
