Steve Scott

Steve came to NVIDIA from Cray Inc., where he served as CTO and senior vice president. Since August 2011, he has served as CTO of the Tesla business and is responsible for defining the Tesla roadmap and architecture. His education includes a B.S. in electrical and computing engineering, an M.S. in computer science and a Ph.D. in computer architecture from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he was a Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation and Hertz Foundation Fellow. Steve holds 27 patents and was awarded the 2005 ACM Maurice Wilkes Award and the 2005 IEEE Seymour Cray Computer Engineering Award.
