David Watters

David Watters was formerly at NVIDIA as Senior Director in the Design and Manufacturing industries. He was responsible for defining the solutions and strategies for the largest vertical market for NVIDIA’s visualization and GPU computing solutions. David joined NVIDIA at the end of 2001, helping to build NVIDIA’s successful professional solutions business over the past 10 years. Prior to joining NVIDA, he spent 10 years with Silicon Graphics, Inc. and SGI Value Added Resellers, focused on Design and Visual Simulation in the Manufacturing and Defense segments. David has a B.S.C.S degree from the College of Engineering at The Ohio State University and its well-known Computer Graphics Research and Software Engineering program. Matching his interests and passion for cars and motorsports, with his longtime involvement in gaming and simulation, David divides any free-time between online league racing and embarrassing instructors during track-days at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.
