With over a decade of experience in AI, his experience spans research, infrastructure development, scaling AI startups through acquisition, angel investing, startup advisory and serving as a venture partner for top AI funds. Halloran holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Oxford and is a regular speaker at conferences and AI meetups and events across Europe.
