At VMworld Barcelona, Learn How NVIDIA GPUs Power Every Workload

by Nicola Sessions

NVIDIA virtual GPU technology is available in more platforms at the edge, in the data center and the cloud than ever — and you can experience it all this week at VMworld, which runs Nov. 4-9 in Barcelona.

Visit NVIDIA and Mellanox at booth G503 to learn how vGPUs power the modern data center. The latest technology demos will show how NVIDIA vGPUs enable a seamless user experience for everything from modern VDI to virtual workstations running CAD, data science and AI.

A few of our partners will also be at VMworld to discuss the latest advancements in vGPU technology:

  • With the latest releases of Horizon, VMware announced support for the NVIDIA Turing architecture-based T4, Quadro RTX 8000 and 6000 GPUs. These bring RTX features like AI acceleration and ray tracing to high-end virtual workstations. NVLink support with Quadro RTX delivers GPU performance for the most demanding workloads, with the ability to allocate multiple GPUs to a single virtual machine.
  • At Dell booth D401, learn more about the Dell EMC VxRail E series — a versatile, cost-effective hyperconverged platform that now supports up to two NVIDIA T4 GPUs, making it ideal for running compute-intensive workloads such as deep learning inferencing. Its compact form factor also makes it well-suited for running GPU-accelerated workloads at the edge.
  • See NetApp’s new H615C compute node for hybrid cloud infrastructure at booth P411. This new platform supports up to three NVIDIA T4 GPUs, making it ideal for powerful virtual desktops supporting 3D graphics and multiple high-resolution monitors.
  • Get a firsthand look at Amulet Hotkey’s CoreModule enabling powerful GPU acceleration for the Dell EMC MX7000, an ultra-dense modular chassis that supports up to 16 NVIDIA T4 GPUs. Stop by the Dell booth to learn how the MX7000 is ideal for running graphics-accelerated virtual desktops and workstations, so users can enhance simulations and data analytics.

NVIDIA will be presenting breakout sessions to discuss how businesses can get the most out of their virtualization solutions.
