Etienne DeGroot joined NVIDIA in 2012 with over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, marketing, sales, operations and business development in the semiconductor, server/PC, embedded, wireless, networking communications, software and venture segments. Previously, he was senior director of Corporate Development at Mocana, where he built an ecosystem of customers, technology partnerships and an indirect sales force. Prior to that, he was director of Software Alliances at Intel, driving a global team that accelerated market adoption of emerging product platforms across a broad range of new technologies.
Etienne currently manages NVIDIA’s strategic alliances for Autodesk, driving next-generation GPU visualization and GRID ecosystem development. He’s a St. Mary’s alumnus and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys time on the water wakeboarding, sailing, windsurfing and kite boarding.
